1. Pre-booking Phone Call
I love chatting on the phone with my potential couples before you make your big investment so we can get to know each other a bit, answer any and all questions you may have, and go over the general information of my services + add-on's and your special day. I want you to feel excited and comfortable about *hopefully* choosing me as your photographer!
2. We're a Match! Securing your Date
If we’re a perfect match, I’ll send you over a contract & collect your deposit so we can get your wedding date officially set in my books!! You will also receive my 45+ page wedding guide to help in the rest of your wedding planning process! For packages that include complimentary sessions, I will be in contact with you to get these scheduled. For destination weddings, travel will be booked once wedding date is secured. From pre-booking to wedding day, I am here to help you all along the way! Text, call, even facetime me whenever you need <3
3. One-on-one Timeline Planning Phone Call
About 2 - 4 Weeks before your special day, I will send my booking page to set up your timeline planning phone call with me. My goal is to ensure you have a seamless timeline and that we are on the same page for all the moments that will make up your day! This is a great time to add that second shooter or extra hour of coverage that you've been thinking about ;)
4. Wedding Day!!
It’s finally here! I'm SO excited!! I always plan to leave so I arrive at least 20 minutes early to when my coverage time starts to capture your day. Your timeline will be on hand and I’ll guide you through the day, catch all the in-between laughs and tears, and make sure the whole process flows smoothly while you just soak it all in <33
5. Sneak Peek Time
A sneak peek gallery of your day will land in your inbox soon after your wedding! Nothing better than a few highlights to tide you over while your full gallery is being intentionally edited + curated to tell your story.
6. Full Gallery Delivery
The wait is finally over!! No later than 8 to 12 weeks after your wedding day, your full gallery will be waiting for you in your inbox — filled with every happy tear, dance floor laugh, and quiet in-between moment that made your day so special. It’s always super bittersweet to hit send (because I’ll miss you!), but seeing your memories come to life truly never gets old.

She has been my photographer for all of my special moments in my life from high school dances, graduation photos, to my wedding day. What's the turnaround time on our gallery?

Weddings and Elopements return times are between 8 - 12 weeks.
Session return times are between 2 - 4 weeks.
Both are dependent on busy seasons
NOTE: Spring + Fall are extremely busy for all session types - please plan accordingly!

Are travel fees included in my package?

For Sessions: Depending on which location/package you love most, there may be a location or travel fee needed for specific photo spots. We will talk these details at inquiry or after booking. I do not include permit fees or studio rental fees in my packages.
For Weddings: All travel for local weddings (Utah + Las Vegas) are included in my packages. For out of state or abroad weddings and elopements, I typically book travel from the day before to the day after wedding events to ensure no unexpected travel delays affect my full, on-time attendance. These estimated travel fees will be included in your package price but depending on the time of year, you may be subject to an additional travel quote.
Why should we include a second shooter on wedding day?

Your wedding day goes by fast, and so many moments happen all at once. A second shooter helps make sure nothing gets missed — from both angles of you and your partner walking down the aisle to the laughter happening across the room. Together, we make sure every emotion and angle is captured so your story feels even more complete. Suggested amount of second shooter coverage is 3 hrs - full day.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I receive your non-refundable retainer on the day of booking (which goes towards your final total) and the remaining total by the day before wedding date. But, I am flexible! Whether you want to pay in full way in advance or need to split payments into chunks, we can chat the details and figure out what will work best.
WILL YOU HELP US POSE?

Yes! I go into every session or formal section of wedding day with a naturally guided approach. I want your photos to have a mixture of editorial shots and prompted posing that feel like candids. I always come with posing ideas prepped but love bringing your Pinterest dreams to life too (with my own creative twist ofc!). So, send me over that board if you'd like!!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling Sessions: Deposits placed for sessions can go towards rescheduling your photoshoot up to 6 months after original booking date. If your wedding date is changed and I am available, deposits will be transferred over to the new date. If I am not available, I will look to find an associate shooter to photograph your day (I will edit the photos taken by them). If an associate cannot be found or you do not want an associate shooter and decide to cancel instead, the retainer will not be refunded back to you.
Canceling: All cancellations of wedding dates or sessions will not have their non-refundable deposit returned.
